Overcoming obstacles helps me develop hopefulness.
Wow! 2020 has brought about a lot of change. Some of these changes are for the good and some not so much, for many. No matter what adaptations we may have had to make in our lives to adjust to the fluid nature of this year, we have all had to be able to roll with the punches and find ways to do so. I find that positive thinking and positive affirmations are at the core of being able to deal with anything that is thrown at me. So, with the continued unpredictability surrounding us all, a strong mindset and a positive approach are paramount. I hope some of the affirming thoughts I share here will be of some small help to you and help keep you on a course of overcoming whatever obstacles may be staring at you.
